Skin problems, inflammation in the mouth, loss of teeth: Puma is going through a lot right now!

1. He lives outside!

Puma is a 13 years old cat, who was thrown out of a car. Since then, he has remained very afraid of humans, and can't stand being indoors. So he lives outside...

2. He suffers from skin problems

Puma started to develop skin problems. We don't know exactly why, but he is losing his hair on his head.

3. His mouth is inflamed...

The inside of Puma's mouth was so inflamed that some of his teeth had to be removed. So now he has trouble chewing, and the inflammation is still not completely gone.

4. Canned food would allow him to eat without too much pain

In order to continue to gain strength despite the gingivitis, Puma will need canned food. Easy to ingest, such food would give him the energy he needs, to keep him going on a daily basis.

5. Veterinary fees are a drain on our budget!

Veterinary fees are so important that we struggle to pay the last bills. This makes it really hard to find the funds to buy food for the cats. There are nearly 400 of them that rely on us!
