1. He was found outside, in very bad health...

Polo is a cat who was abandoned as a youngster outside. He survived as best he could, until we found him and placed him in a foster home. The poor thing was drooling a lot, as he had ulcers all over his mouth. He was also covered in fleas!

2. Canned food would help him get his strength back

Too often hungry when he lived outside, Polo developed a tendency to bulimia. To limit the impact of this eating disorder on his weight, he would need qualitative, low-calorie canned food. Such a diet would also allow him to eat without having a sore mouth.

3. We are in trouble!

We continue to sterilize free-roaming cats at 3 different feeding sites. But many are sick and need care. Continuing to buy food is becoming more and more complicated...
