Abscess in the mouth, lesions on the body: in a pitiful state, Watson had to be hospitalized!

1. He was in a sad state...

Watson is a 7 year old cat, who was found by the SPA. He arrived covered in parasites and with scabs all over his body. It is an allergy to antiparasitics that causes all these lesions.

2. An abscess in his mouth led him to be hospitalized!

Watson has severe gingivitis. Because of an abscess in his mouth, he had to be hospitalized and operated on. The vet removed several teeth. Despite this, the inflammation of his gums is still there. He is therefore on antibiotics.

3. Blankets would keep him warm

With blankets, Watson could stay warm while he recovers. He could make himself comfortable, and sleep for as long as he needed.

4. Veterinary costs are huge!

This year, we had to cover huge veterinary bills. On top of that, we have to take care of more and more animals. With the crisis, individuals are finding it difficult to take care of their animals financially.

At the moment, we have about 20 cats in foster care, as well as 80 free cats to manage. Your help would be precious for the future...
