1. In Morocco, Corinne has almost run out of kibble to feed the hundreds of cats she cares for in her shelter and on the streets. They will starve to death if no one intervenes!

%%%

"Every day, I get up with a single thought in mind, that of my cats, my 300 protégés in my shelter and the 800 others, left to fend for themselves on the streets. The weight of their survival rests on my shoulders, and it's a responsibility that, although I accept wholeheartedly, often weighs heavily on my morale. My kibble reserves are dwindling at an alarming rate, and I now have less than a week's supply left: every bag of kibble I empty alerts me a little more to the precariousness of our situation.

Recently, we've also noticed an increase in the number of stray cats. This demographic explosion makes it all the more difficult to maintain their well-being. At the same time, the current economic crisis is hitting us hard, and those who once helped are now powerless to do anything. I'm deeply distressed by this reality! These cats are like family to me, each with their own unique personality and place in my heart.

The thought that they might be hungry, that they might be suffering, is an unbearable burden for me. This constant concern is a heavy burden, because I'm acutely aware of their dependence on me, whether it's for the cats in my shelter, or for the street cats I look after with a few volunteers. They all trust me to ensure their survival, and this campaign is essential so that I can continue to feed them."

2. Without kibble, malnutrition will quickly take its toll, and Corinne fears for the cats' survival!

###

"I'm almost out of kibble, the bottom of the bags is getting lighter every day... It's a real worry, because I know that this simple, vital commodity is the only safeguard against malnutrition for my protégés. Without kibble, their immune defenses will fail, they could fall ill, catch infections... Their already precarious quality of life, especially for street cats, could plummet even further, and this thought breaks my heart.

Powerlessness sometimes overwhelms me. How can I ensure their survival if the kibble runs out? The looming shortage could not only affect the cats already under my protection, but also limit the possibility of extending this help to other stray cats. Because the shortage isn't just limited to food, it also reduces the help I can give them!

Every new cat I meet, every pleading look, every hungry meow reminds me of the limits of what I can do. I'd like to welcome them all, wrap them in love and care, but without kibble, I can't! The pressure is immense, the idea of not being able to provide for them haunts me. They're counting on me, and I'm counting on the success of this campaign..."

3. Requests to suppliers, appeals for donations... Corinne's efforts to obtain kibble are in vain, and this campaign is her only hope.

###

"I've fought tooth and nail to get support from kibble suppliers, but my efforts haven't borne fruit. I appeal for donations, hoping that people's compassion might lighten this heavy burden. However, despite my repeated appeals, the sums collected are derisory and donations of kibble are rare, too rare in the face of the mountain of needs to be met, which is only ever-growing.

A large part of my personal savings has gone into it, but even that isn't enough, and at this rate I'll soon have nothing left... There are too many cats to feed! I try to raise people's awareness, to talk about the reality of these countless cats who depend on me for their survival. I continue to search, to fight to find ways of obtaining these essential kibbles.

To be honest, there are days when despair overwhelms me, when the weight of the situation seems too heavy to bear.  The love I have for all these cats is the only thing that keeps me going, and the feeling of duty towards them. Because their hunger, their need, is mine too! Today, the need for kibble is most urgent, and I can only count on this campaign to provide me with some..."

4. Corinne isn't asing for money, just kibble to prevent the cats from starving.

###

"The importance of kibble in the daily lives of the cats in my care cannot be underestimated. They are the keystone of their survival! With over 1,000 cats in my care in total, divided between the streets of Essaouira and my shelter, obtaining sufficient quantities is a titanic task. My work, once a mission of love, has turned into an arduous and exhausting battle. Every day is a struggle, a race against time to ensure a daily ration for each of my protégés.

Unfortunately, the recent increase in the number of cats has made the ration per head leaner, amplifying the pressure I feel. Every extra portion of kibble could mean the difference between health and malnutrition for one of the cats who rely on me! Kibble are the foundation of my work, the vital link that keeps me going. Without them, all my efforts to save these little souls, to give them a chance to live a full and happy life, are in vain."

5. Corinne fights a lonely battle for the survival of abandoned cats!

###

"I'm haunted, night and day, by a brutal reality: the number of abandoned cats is growing faster than I can help them! Every cat I can't help, every little face that disappears, every cry that falls silent, is an echo of my own helplessness... I endure, I persist, feeding the cats despite all the difficulties, despite the lack of tangible help. But every day, I face this loneliness, and the ordeal of the lack of kibble.

Moments of despair assail me, the feeling of being overwhelmed is often overwhelming. Every day is an ordeal, revealing the enormity of the situation a little more. I'd so much like the kibble to be plentiful, so that none of these cats ever have to go hungry! Unfortunately, the reality is quite different... It's my loneliness, my daily ordeal, but also my mission: to ensure their survival as best I can. A burden I carry every day..."

8. In Morocco, donors are scarce, and there are no foundations or subsidies. It is very difficult to find funding for kibbles, many cats remain starving in the street!
