Victim of a digestive problem, poor Athena was abandoned with her kittens!

1. She was abandoned, alone with her kittens!

Athena is a 2 and a half year old cat, who was abandoned with her two kittens of about one month. The poor things had nowhere to go!

2. She has digestive problems...

Athena suffers from important diarrheas. We have put her under treatment, and separated her from her kittens (that we bottle-feed), to avoid her transmitting to them the microbe.

3. Adapted canned food would contribute to soothe her diarrheas

To recover more easily from her digestive problems, Athena will need adapted canned food, in addition to her treatment. Enriched with highly digestible proteins, such food would also help her intestines to regenerate. Athena could then gradually get back into shape.

4. It's been a long time since our last campaign!

Recently, we have had to take in several mothers with their kittens. There have been a lot of veterinary expenses for them all... The veterinary campaign of December was a long time ago, and with the price increase, we don't have the means to buy enough food!
