Jardin des Chats decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of canned food is highly critical.

1. He was operated and the vet found cancerous tumors...

Roméo is a 12 years old cat, who had an operation for a polyp on his neck. Unfortunately, the polyp contained cancerous tumors... So a treatment will have to be put in place.

2. His mouth hurts a lot!

Roméo's teeth were so damaged that he had to have them extracted. But since the surgery, he has had trouble healing. The pain bothers him so much that we have to feed him with a syringe!

3. Canned food would allow him to eat without too much pain

In addition to treatments adapted to his pathologies, Roméo would need canned food. Such easy-to-ingest food could only help him, allowing him to regain his strength without pain.

It would also be a good way to give him medication that would relieve him. A virtuous circle could then begin for him!

4. No less than 400 cats are counting on us!

There is a lot of abandonment at the moment. Most of the animals we find as strays have serious health problems, which means high veterinary costs. Managing 400 cats is becoming an increasingly difficult task financially!
