Lenny is in so much pain that the kibble burns his mouth and makes him throw it up!

1. He is very sick because of a calicivirus...

Lenny is a 7 years old cat, who has a very big calicivirus. The poor guy has so much pain in his mouth that he vomits in pain if he tries to eat kibbles (the salt irritates his wounds).

We had his teeth extracted in order to relieve him but he still has ulcers on his tongue and inside his cheeks. He is exhausted from all this and has lost a lot of weight...

2. Canned food could help him get back on track

Wet, palatable canned food would be perfect for Lenny to eat without being in too much pain. It would also be a good opportunity for him to gain weight.

We might even be able to sneak some medicine into his food, giving him an even better chance of getting better.

3. We have no resources left...

We currently have huge debts with the vet, and no food stock. This is a really hard time... We don't know how we are going to feed the 120 cats that need us!
