1. One of her eyes is damaged!

Câline is a 15 years old cat, who has never been adopted. She has a problem with her eye, the origin of which we don't know: it is half closed and the inner eyelid doesn't retract anymore. She can't see very well...

2. She has a lot of pain in her mouth...

Unfortunately, Câline suffers from a calicivirus. She has constant pain in her mouth because of an inflammation of the gums and several ulcers. So we try to treat her as much as we can...

3. Wet canned food would help her get her strength back without suffering

Wet canned food would help Câline get her energy back, without being in too much pain. It would be a big relief for her. By getting her strength back day after day, she might be able to get the upper hand on the disease and get better!

4. Times are particularly hard...

We have a lot of old cats to take care of, which costs us a lot in veterinary fees. The food budget is also high, because of the increasing prices. Taking care of the fifty cats in the shelter and the 200 stray cats in need is getting really difficult!
