1. He was in a pitiful state...

Cannelé is a cat of about 9 years old, that we found stray and sick. He had sores that were getting infected on his ear. Since he is a carrier of the feline immunodeficiency syndrome, he has difficulty healing, which did not help. So we treated him.

2. He has chronic gingivitis!

Cannelé has constantly inflamed gums. He needs one shot of painkillers a month to keep him going. Without it, he would be in too much pain to eat.

3. Canned food would help him recover

A vitaminized and balanced food like canned food would give Cannelé enough to be in better shape despite his disabilities. Easy to ingest, such canned food would be perfect, even when his gums become inflamed again!

4. We have a lot of stray cats to feed...

We have 830 animals to manage at the association, all of which are on the street. As they are wild, there are very few adoptions. Financially, the association is running out of money, and it is the president who has to buy food with her own money.

But with so many animals, everything goes very quickly... We won't last forever like this!
