Zoé is a 13-year-old cat who arrived at the association last year in critical condition. Affected by a kidney inflammation (nephritis), she required surgery during which the veterinarian had to remove both of her mammary chains.
From time to time, she still develops benign nodules on her body, which needs to be closely monitored.
Zoé's teeth were so damaged when we took her in that the veterinarian had to remove all of them. She can no longer chew.
A wet diet would be the easiest option for Zoé to ingest, now that she has no teeth to chew with. Rich in good-quality proteins, such canned food would be perfect to provide her with the energy she needs on a daily basis.
Foster families are overwhelmed, because we keep receiving SOS calls. Kittens keep coming in, but we have no more space… We don't know how to help all these needy cats!
