Jade is a 7-year-old female cat experiencing mouth pain. The inflammation caused by calicivirus makes it almost impossible for her to chew kibble! Therefore, we have a medication to give her.

2. Canned food would help her take her medication

Wet food would help Jade ingest her medication without difficulty. It would also be a good way for her to regain some energy, without having too much pain in her teeth and gums when she eats.
