Sticky eyes, difficulties nursing: poor Rose is struggling to take care of her kittens because of cat flu!

1. She is exhausted by a virus…

Rose is a one-year-old cat that we found outside with her four kittens. Poor Rose had given birth at a feeding site and struggled to nurse them due to cat flu and lack of food. Since she was completely worn out, we took them all in together and have been bottle-feeding the kittens.

2. Canned food would help her regain her energy

To quickly regain strength after this difficult period she has been through, Rose could really use some canned food. It would allow her to replenish her protein levels and provide her body with everything it needs to recover from the virus.

3. We are overwhelmed!

With 200 cats to care for, many of which are not adoptable, we are starting to feel overwhelmed. Since there are only two of us, we have to buy food little by little... We can't sustain this situation in the long run!
