Kitsune is a three and a half-year-old vixen who found herself on her own when she was just a fox cub. Normally, fox mothers never leave their young ones for too long. So something probably happened to her mom.
Given that she was seen alone for such a long time, walkers entrusted her to someone who is experienced in such situations (at the time, the care center couldn't take in Kitsune because of COVID), who then brought her to us.
Since she lost her mother too early, Kitsune never had the chance to learn how to hunt and survive in the wild. She wouldn't be able to make it on her own outside, which is why we have taken care of her.
A diet rich in proteins, minerals, and vitamins would be ideal to help Kitsune regain her strength. With such nutrition, she wouldn't lack anything and could maintain good health.
Our sanctuary welcomes foxes that cannot be released because they have lost their autonomy due to human activity. Some have been injured by hunters, traps, or even cars.
To provide them with the best life possible, we currently have a capacity to accommodate 6 foxes. Your help would be invaluable in providing them with suitable food!
