The association Félin pour l'Hôte decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of canned food is highly critical.

1. Living outdoors with impaired hearing...

Cannelle is a cat who lives on the streets, with hearing issues. She still bears visible signs of old injuries on her ears. We are suspicious that she may be completely deaf, as she never seems to hear us approaching.

Hence, she is extremely nervous and spends her time cowering. Since she's a street cat, we're terribly afraid that she might get run over by a vehicle!

2. Canned food could help socialise her

An enticing, tasty diet could help us gain Cannelle's trust. This would allow us to gradually socialise her and move her to a safe location. Ultimately, the aim would be to find her a loving forever home.

3. Our fund-raising attempts are going unnoticed…

It’s tough right now, because we've got lots of animals to take care of in addition. Some require medical treatments, others require a special diet… But, there's not much happening in terms of donations. We started a collection to pay for sterilisation procedures, and haven’t collected a penny!
