The association Félin pour l'Hôte decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of canned food is highly critical.

Due to a mouth deformity, poor Rembrandt is extremely skinny!

1. Illness leaves him vulnerable...

Rembrandt is a nine-year-old cat, who has tested positive for FIV. Targeting and gradually destroying his immune defences, this disease significantly weakens him.

2. He struggles to eat!

Due to a mouth deformity and inflammation, Rembrandt finds eating extremely tough. He drools and has lost a considerable amount of weight…

3. Canned food would help him regain strength

Easy to swallow, canned food would provide Rembrandt with all the nutrients he needs to replenish his energy. It would be an effective way for him to garner some strength, to improve his condition despite his illness.

4. Our fundraising appeals are falling on deaf ears…

Times are tough as we are handling a lot of animals in addition to Rembrandt. Some need medical care, others require a special diet… But nothing’s happening on the donation front. We had set up a fundraising pool for sterilisation and haven't collected a single penny!
