Weight loss, chest effusions, intestinal issues: poor Sagadou has had feline infectious peritonitis!

1. An immune disease leaves him vulnerable...

Sagadou is a 2-year-old cat that we took in following the death of his family. After losing his owner, he developed feline infectious peritonitis.

The disease caused thoracic and abdominal effusions, which completely damaged his intestinal tract. He underwent treatment to stabilise, but he remains terribly underweight.

2. Blankets would protect him from the cold

A set of fleece blankets would help Sagadou retain his body heat this winter. Protected from the cold and damp, he can then fully rest and recover from his ordeal.

3. We urgently need help!

There are so many requests for help that we can't meet them all. And since there are three times fewer opportunities to organise in-store collections than before, we have to fund 80% of the food ourselves... We can't keep this up without assistance!
