1. She was infested with parasites...

Ulka is a kitten of about a month and a half, whom we found in a car engine. Poor Ulka was full of fleas and ticks, which were draining her of all her energy. We are in the process of de-worming her, but she is still suffering from anaemia and has little appetite...

2. Canned food would increase her chances of recovery

Delicious and appetising food would encourage Ulka to start eating again. She could thus replenish herself with beneficial nutrients, and recuperate in health.

3. We are overwhelmed by the number of requests!

There are always many instances of abandonment and calls from people who find kittens. However, as adoptions are few and we lack foster families, we can't take in as many new cases as required. Particularly since the kittens we do take in are often in dire states...
