1. He suffers from severe laminitis...

Jivaro is a 25-year-old horse who was left abandoned. For lack of care, he suffers from laminitis with rotation of the bone in both front hooves. Standing and walking are painful for him and require a lot of energy.

We, therefore, provide him treatment, but his bouts of laminitis still occur weekly...

2. Pellets could help improve his condition

Quality nutrition, like pellets, could help manage the inflammation Jivaro is suffering from. It would also provide an excellent source of energy for him. By refuelling his daily intake of vitamins, he would be in better shape to face daily life.

3. We have no grass and soon will run out of hay...

We are about to run out of hay, and won’t be able to buy more as the prices are exorbitant! There's also no grass in the meadows... Pellets will, therefore, become indispensable!
