1. She suffers from a hormonal disease...

Midnight is a 22-year-old mare, afflicted with Cushing's disease. Her coat is ragged, she has lost muscle mass, and she tends to abruptly fall asleep, collapsing onto her knees. Hence, we have a treatment to administer to her.

2. She has piroplasmosis!

Midnight is also suffering from piroplasmosis, a disease transmitted by ticks. Regrettably, this is contributing to her weight loss. As soon as her treatment for Cushing's is stabilised, the vet will prescribe medications for the pyroplasmosis.

3. She has lost several teeth...

Midnight doesn't have many teeth left. Therefore, she struggles to eat hay...

4. Pellets would help her recover strength

Tempting and tasty, the pellets would help Midnight to take her medications consistently. As they represent a rich and superior quality supplement, it would be an excellent way for her to quickly put on weight. We would mash them into a pulp, to enable her to consume them easily.

5. Financially, we're at a standstill!

We are complely out of pellet stocks and lack the means to purchase more. Heavy veterinary expenses have recently left us financially strapped! Without help, we are heading toward a disaster...
