Marie has contracted calicivirus and has unfortunately lost many teeth...

1. She struggles to eat due to a virus!

Marie is a cat of over 10 years old who resides on the street. She's unfortunately contracted calicivirus. Her gums are so inflamed that some of her teeth have become loose. Today, she's no longer able to chew!

2. To continue eating, she'll need canned food

Wet food would allow Marie to eat without the need to chew. This way, she could regain her strength, and fight the virus a little more effectively.

Canned food suitable for her age would also help prevent the onset of additional health issues, such as diabetes or kidney failure.

3. The association is under a lot of pressure...

I've yet again had to take responsibility for new kittens and their mother. Currently, my association cares for 80 cats, which is a significant number for such a small organisation! As I don't receive any funding, it's impossible for me to stock up on food...
