1. He's in poor health...

Moka is a 15-year-old dog who has been under our care for several years. Over time, he has developed arthritis and his heart has become weak. He also has a damaged trachea, because he was kept tied up for too long in the past...

2. He has hardly any teeth left!

As he suffered from numerous dental abscesses and jaw infections, Moka had to have many teeth removed. Nowadays, he doesn't have enough left to chew properly.

3. Canned food would help him regain strength

Rich in high-quality nutrients, canned food would help Moka to put on weight. Given everything he's been through, such tasty food would be greatly comforting. The soft texture would make it easy for him to consume.

4. We're in the red!

With the drop in temperatures, we've had an influx of sick animals. There have also been deaths. All of this has resulted in veterinary costs that have once again put us in the red! We're trying to keep on track with appeals for donations, but times are really tough...
