Cosette decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of canned food is highly critical.

After being shot at multiple times, poor Ruben has developed epilepsy...

1. He developed traumatic epilepsy following abuse...

Ruben is a 7-year-old cat who was seized over two years ago following sufferings from abuse. He was shot at and has been left with shrapnel embedded in his body.

As a result of his trauma, he began to experience epileptic fits. On hunting days when you can hear the sounds of gunshots in the distance, he has partial seizures and can even start convulsing...

2. He can no longer eat dry food!

Despite treatments, Ruben's mouth is inflamed and filled with ulcers. He is unable to eat dry food because it's too painful. We are currently trying out a new treatment, which shows promise...

3. Canned food would allow him to regain strength without hurting him

Wet canned food would provide an easier source of nutrition for Ruben. He could refill his energy while enjoying comforting and tasty food. After an epileptic seizure, it would also be a good way to pick him up!

4. Abandonments are increasing, but adoptive families are scarce...

Our association faces growing pressure due to a considerable number of sick animals requiring costly treatments.

The hesitation of people to adopt these animals, coupled with an increase in the abandonment of elderly or sick cats, is amplifying our constraints... Not to mention that feeding areas are expanding, adding even more challenges for us!
