Poor Louisa keeps getting conjunctivitis!

1. Her eyes are irritated…

Louisa is a 13-year-old cat, who lives outdoors. For over a year, she has been suffering from conjunctivitis, despite receiving treatment. With age, her immune system has become less effective, which explains why she isn't getting better. The conjunctive membrane of her eye is red and swollen, causing her excessive tearing and irritation.

2. With canned food, she could regain her strength

To cope despite the difficulties, Louisa is going to need a rich and balanced diet. Canned food would be perfect for providing her with proteins and vitamins daily. Regularly replenishing her energy in such a way would help strengthen her, and might even aid in her recovery!

3. We have had enormous vet bills this year!

Currently, the charity is facing considerable difficulties. This year, financial assistance has drastically decreased and we've received very few donations. Veterinary expenses have amounted to around €6,000.

Many cats have fallen ill and needed dental extractions. Managing to pay all these bills whilst continuing to find funds to feed cats requiring specific diets is beyond our means…
