Having caught both a calicivirus and typhus, Furieuse had to be rushed to the hospital!

1. She struggles significantly to eat...

Furieuse is a five-year-old cat, suffering from calicivirus, a viral infection that hinders her ability to eat. Chewing dry food has become far too painful for her!

2. She had to be hospitalised because of typhus!

Weakened, Furieuse also caught typhus, a disease caused by a virus. She spent her time vomiting and having diarrhoea, to the point of being dehydrated! Therefore, she had to be hospitalised and put on a drip...

3. Canned food would aid her in recovering strength

Once discharged from the clinic, Furieuse will need canned food that is nutritious and appetising. Their soft and easy-to-eat texture would be ideal to help her regain her strength without causing pain in her mouth.

Rich in nutrients, such canned food would help her combat dehydration. They would also aid her intestines to regenerate, which could notably reduce her diarrhoea!

4. We are facing large veterinary expenses!

Despite a slightly improved financial situation, we quickly found ourselves facing significant veterinary expenses as the number of cats to care for remains high...

This situation constantly challenges our budget, requiring strict management to balance essential care and our association's financial obligations!
