Kayak is a nearly six-month-old kitten who was abandoned with his siblings in a cardboard box when he was only a week old. We bottle fed them and treated them for cat flu. Now cured, they're growing up, but no one wants to adopt them...

2. With blankets, he could be kept warm

With the arrival of autumn and the return of damp weather, Kayak could easily fall sick again. Blankets would be particularly valuable in maintaining his body heat and provide him with a restorative rest.
