1. He was going to be slaughtered for his meat...

Tiago is a two-year-old Alpine goat, who was set to be fattened up for slaughter when he was only a week and a half old. We took him in to save him from this fate.

At the moment, there is little grass and the hay is not very nutritious. Tiago is having a hard time maintaining his health, which is a concern for us...

2. With pellets, he could effectively regain his strength

Pellets would allow Tiago to replenish his supply of vitamins and minerals. Having access to such a supplement would provide him with the opportunity to regain his health and endure the winter with ease.

3. The season is not favourable for adoptions...

This summer has been particularly challenging. We have taken in numerous dogs and cats, victims of widespread abandonments. With the sudden drop in temperature, several animals have fallen ill and adoptions remain scarce...
