1. A calicivirus causes him mouth pain...

Sultan is a three-year-old cat that lives outdoors. He suffers from a calicivirus which prevents him from eating normally. He can no longer chew dry food as it is too painful for him. We are administrating cortisone in crushed tablet form in his food to alleviate his pain....

2. Canned food would allow him to eat without pain

Canned food would be beneficial for Sultan, as it is easier to ingest than dry food. Such canned food would provide him with suitable nutrition, gentler on his sensitive mouth. This way, he could replenish essential nutrients daily and take his medication more easily.

3. Our stock is almost gone!

We receive no grants for the association. We are solely waiting for vouchers from the Brigitte Bardot Foundation for neutering the cats, as breeding continues all year round.

Our food stocks are dwindling, while about fifty stray cats rely on us for their daily meal!
