1. He's struggling to eat!

Stalone is a five-year-old cat suffering from oral problems. He can no longer eat his dry food, likely due to either gum disease or a calicivirus. He is currently on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs, but he has lost a significant amount of weight and is often listless.

2. Canned food could help him regain weight

Canned food could aid Stalone in eating more easily as its moist texture would alleviate his pain when eating, allowing him to start putting weight on and regain some strength. Such nourishment would improve his overall health and help him get back into good shape.

3. Our food supplies are depleted!

The association's food reserves are exhausted... Our financial resources can no longer cover the costs for roughly thirty cats, not to mention the new toms that arrive on our feeding sites!
