In addition to canned food, this collection will enable Indila to receive a cat shelter if the goal is reached.
Indila is a six-year-old cat who was abandoned on site by her owner when he moved out. Disturbed and shocked by this event, she has become very thin and weak.
Cans high in proteins and vitamins would help Indila regain better health. It would present an opportunity for her to regain weight. Delectable and tasty, such food would also greatly comfort her.
Since she was abandoned, Indila lives on the streets. Being exposed to elements weakens her further each day. We are concerned about her, and fear that she may not survive the winter without a shelter...
With a cat shelter, Indila could take cover in case of severe cold and bad weather. She would no longer be forced to sleep on the ground in all conditions and could recuperate more readily.
Without volunteers or foster families, we face significant difficulties in caring for the animals...
The association takes care of nearly 40 cats, with very little in donations or subsidies to cover expenses. Our costs, notably veterinary bills, are becoming increasingly burdensome and impede our work!
