1. He's suffering from arthritis...

Mowgli is a 29-year-old double pony, who is increasingly experiencing arthritis-related issues. He is stiff-legged and occasionally limps, especially when the weather is damp as it is at present.

2. Pellets would allow him to effectively regain strength

A supplement such as pellets would assist Mowgli in staying fit, regardless of the winter temperatures. This would provide him with a daily boost of energy, helping him to stay in good shape until the warmer weather returns.

Having a balanced and healthy diet could also help to alleviate his joint discomfort.

3. Donations are insufficient...

We recently took responsibility for a number of abandoned cats, but we currently lack the ability to accommodate more horses.
