Struck down by typhus, Capucine had to be put on a drip!

1. She's very sick!

Capucine is a five-month-old kitten, who has unfortunately contracted typhus. With severe diarrhoea and a fever of 40°C, she had to be put on an IV for three days... she's also receiving a treatment, which is expected to increase her chances of survival.

2. Canned food would help her recover

Canned food specially formulated for kittens could help Capucine regain her strength. While keeping her well hydrated and gentle on her intestines, such food would provide precious minerals and vitamins. This could thus help her regain some energy.

3. The situation is complex on every level...

We've had to handle numerous sick animals recently due to a typhus outbreak. We are short of foster families and have still found kittens at feeding sites, despite our sterilisation efforts...

Additionally, donations are becoming scarce as people increasingly lack the means to contribute. Without help, we risk finding ourselves at a dead end!
