Liver problems, a weak heart, stress: poor Chipie is really in a bad way!

1. Her owner died suddenly...

Chipie has experienced a terrible trauma: she was trapped for several days with the body of her abruptly deceased owner before firefighters discovered her. This traumatic experience has deeply affected this 13-year-old pup, leaving her with significant psychological aftereffects.

2. She is in poor health!

Stress and age have had severe effects on Chipie's health. She suffers from a severe heart condition due to decompensation with rupture of cardiac ligaments. She must follow a very powerful lifelong treatment to prevent pulmonary oedemas.

Her liver is also in bad condition, requiring daily medication. And now she is beginning to lose her sight...

3. Canned food for seniors would help her regain strength

In her fragile state of health, Chipie needs a diet that is perfectly suited. Senior canned food would allow her to eat properly while facilitating her intake of numerous medications. This specific food would help maintain her health despite her multiple conditions.

4. We're swamped with veterinary costs...

Our association mainly cares for sick, old dogs, often at the end of their lives. We're currently taking care of 106 dogs, with severe conditions that demand costly care. All our budget goes on veterinary fees! We have no money left for food, despite our dogs needing a special diet... which is very expensive. We really need a helping hand to manage!
