Carrying feline leukaemia and a calicivirus, Lilou is at the end of her tether!

1. He's extremely vulnerable!

Lilou is an approximately five-year-old cat that we took in after finding him wandering around a housing estate. He was in great distress! Examinations revealed that he has leukaemia, a disease that suppresses his immune system…

2. The inside of his mouth is completely inflamed…

Lilou has also caught calicivirus, causing him ulcers and significant oral inflammation. As he finds eating troublesome, he has lost a lot of weight.

We have therefore been providing him with antibiotic treatment, pain relief medications and anti-inflammatories to ease his discomfort.

3. Canned food would help him gain weight again

A wet and appetising food would be most suitable for Lilou's health issues. Easy to swallow, such canned food would provide him with a chance to replenish necessary nutrients on a daily basis. It would also make taking his medications somewhat simpler. It would truly be a relief for him!

4. Stray cats need us!

Our modest resources are primarily committed to sterilisations and healthcare. Therefore, we do not have enough resources left to meet all the food needs of our colonies of abandoned cats! Your help would be invaluable in aiding all these distressed animals!
