Praline was at a trader's and at risk of the slaughterhouse!

1. Elderly, she faced the risk of slaughter...

Praline is a 22 year old Shetland pony who was with a dealer last year. We took her in to avert her ending up at the slaughterhouse. With winter, she tends to weaken and would benefit from a boost before the arrival of spring.

2. To regain strength, she'll need pellets

A supplement such as pellets would be perfect for Praline. We could soften them into a soup to prevent any Esophageal Obstructions. This would be an excellent source of vitamins and minerals to prevent her from becoming weaker!

3. Our charges need us!

At present, we have our hands full, with nearly a hundred animals to take care of. The costs of medical care and food are mounting, hence, our funds are barely covering our outflows!
