Blacky is a one-year-old cat, who has a significant growth delay due to joint problems. His movement is hindered and he limps. We therefore have a treatment to administer to him.
Weakened, Blacky has the start of cat flu. His eyes are often dirty, he sneezes a lot, and has a runny nose. We monitor him closely.
A full and balanced diet such as canned food would be of great help to Blacky. Rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, it would allow him to refill his energy reserves efficiently.
He could thus gradually gain weight, and more easily ingest his treatment for the joints.
Many cats that we feed have been affected by an outbreak of calicivirus. With 60 animals to manage, some of which require costly care, we dread the arrival of the first kittens!
