Inflamed gums, purulent nose, missing teeth: poor Cyrano is suffering from both cat flu and a calicivirus!

1. He's got cat flu...

Cyrano is a 16-year-old cat, suffering from chronic cat flu. His nose is constantly runny! We provide him with antibiotics, but as soon as the treatment ends, the symptoms flare up again!

2. He can't chew anymore!

Cyrano also has calicivirus, which has made his gums severely inflamed. He's missing some teeth, so he is unable to chew his food.

3. Canned food could help him regain his strength healthily

Wet food like canned food would be a massive help for Cyrano. Suitable for his age, it would be easier for him to eat than kibble. This way, he could healthily replenish his energy on a daily basis.

4. The kitten season could be more challenging than ever!

Many of the cats we feed are affected by a calicivirus epidemic. With 60 animals to look after, some of whom require costly care, we're dreading the arrival of the first kittens!
