Born on the streets, Pimousse has suffered from a lack of food and exhibits significant growth delay!

1. She hasn't grown normally!

Pimousse is a 10-month-old kitten who has suffered from serious growth delay. Born on the street, she lacked proper nutrition during the first months of her life. She is about the size of a 3-month-old kitten!

2. She's ill...

Being in such a fragile state, Pimousse has contracted calicivirus. Her gums and the inside of her mouth are inflamed. We have a treatment to administer to her.

3. To regain strength, she will need canned food

A complete and balanced diet like canned kitten food would be of great help to Pimousse. Packed with vitamins, proteins and minerals, it would enable her to replenish her energy efficiently.

In this way, she could gradually put on weight and find it easier to ingest the treatment for calicivirus.

4. Kitten season may be tougher than ever!

Many of the cats we feed are struck by a calicivirus epidemic. With 60 animals to manage, including some requiring costly care, we're dreading the arrival of the first kittens!
