Basqui's mouth was so inflamed that all his teeth had to be removed!

1. He can no longer chew...

Basqui is a roughly three-year-old cat, who is in a terrible shape. Suffering from caudal stomatitis and calicivirus, he had to undergo a complete tooth extraction.

The operation has relieved him by reducing the inflammation in his mouth. However, he can no longer eat kibble at all, because he can't chew it...

2. To regain his strength, he'll need canned food

A tasty and moist diet would be ideal for Basqui. Besides helping him rebuild his strength, this type of canned food would also help him to replenish his vitamins and proteins. This would be a true asset for him!

3. Treating cats in need is very expensive!

Some of our charges are sick, and require specially tailored food which is particularly expensive. Treating and feeding them costs several hundred pounds per cat! Unfortunately, donations and memberships are nowhere near sufficient to cover all the costs...
