Fever, weight loss, inflammation of the teats: poor Abby was at her wit's end!

1. She was in a critical condition!

Abby is a kitten of barely six months, who was found about a month ago at a feeding point. She was meowing and curled up in a corner. As she was starving, skinny and feverish, she had to be taken urgently to the vet.

2. Her teats were inflamed...

It turns out that Abby's teats were swollen, pus-filled and bloodied. She has been under treatment for a month, and during this time she gave birth to three stillborn kittens. All of this drained her of energy!

3. With a blanket, she could rest properly

After what she’s been through, Abby will need a lot of rest (not to mention she’s still growing, and sleep is crucial for young cats). Some blankets would be perfect to help her recover comfortably.

4. Lack of resources is becoming a real problem...

I'm running out of canned food, but the association barely has any money to buy more.

Feeding 25 stray cats from my own pocket is mission impossible! As I no longer have the possibility to organise food drive collections, I don't know what I’m going to do...
