1. His teeth were lost to gum disease...

Oreo is a six-year-old cat that we took in. The poor creature had such severe gum disease that his mouth was bloody! The vet removed all his teeth (which were in a terrible state), which provided some relief. From now on, he'll no longer be able to eat dry food.
