Calculations, operation, treatments: Juliette has a urinary tract infection that she's struggling to recover from!

1. She has a severe urinary tract infection that won't clear up!

Juliette is a nine-year-old dog who was abandoned in the Garrigue. Unfortunately, she had a urinary infection with a very resistant bacteria, which caused her to form bladder stones.

She had to undergo surgery, but the infection is still there. We are currently trialling a new antibiotic, which seems to be working...

2. Canned food would help her stay well-hydrated

A moist diet like canned food would keep Juliette hydrated. This would prevent constipation, which might exacerbate her cystitis. It would also prove to be an excellent way for her to replenish her energy on a daily basis.

3. The association has been hit hard!

We've had many veterinary emergencies, which resulted in substantial costs for the association.

We used to get discounts on surgeries, but this isn't possible anymore... As our animals often need it because they're old and/or ill, it's a real problem!
