Hair loss, constant stress: poor Voyou is terrified and finds himself homeless!

1. He has nowhere to go, because he is really stressed out…

Voyou is a three and a half-year-old cat who is terrified of other cats. He is so stressed out that he is shedding fur in patches! As he is scared of his fellow cats, he doesn't go into the shelter.

Consequently, he lives outside and often ends up in the rain because the other dens are already occupied... We give him a drop treatment to try to soothe him a little, but nothing works.

2. Blankets would allow him to rest comfortably

With a set of blankets, Voyou would be well set up to rest. We would set them up for him in an outdoor corner all of his own, so he could feel at ease there. With autumn approaching, he could wrap himself up in them to stay well sheltered from humidity and draughts.

3. An epidemic changed everything...

Some of our proteges have caught feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), and unfortunately there have been several deaths.

The treatment incurred significant costs. As such, we no longer have the means to purchase specialised canned food, blankets, and shelters for those who need them…
