Runny eyes, breathing difficulties, fatigue: poor Mistigrette lives outside, with chronic cat flu!

1. She is ill…

Mistigrette is a cat of around five years old, whom we found on the street. Unfortunately, she has contracted cat flu which has become chronic.

Despite the care, her symptoms always come back: her eyes are weepy, she has trouble breathing and even happens to pant!

2. She lives outside!

Mistigrette is so wild that she cannot tolerate being indoors. We have placed her on a secure site of the association, but she is too scared to enter the building, even when it’s raining. Unfortunately, all the outdoor kennels are already taken…

3. Blankets would allow her to rest comfortably

With a set of blankets, Mistigrette would be comfortably set up to rest. Come autumn, she could snuggle up in them to stay sheltered from humidity and drafts at night.

4. An epidemic has disrupted everything…

Some of our charges have contracted feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), and there have unfortunately been several deaths.

The care has caused significant costs. We therefore no longer have the means to buy specialised food, blankets and shelters for those in need…
