Skin disease, infectious disease: Ondine lives outdoors, even though she has a very delicate health!

1. She has a skin condition…

Ondine is a cat of approximately 10 years, who has Feline Eosinophilic Granuloma. This dermatological syndrome causes her sore wounds as well as severe itching on her lip. It's exhausting for her!

2. She's carrying a severe disease !

Unfortunately, Ondine contracted Feline Infectious Peritonitis. Due to this disease, her belly is quite swollen. Her health status could deteriorate at any moment! Therefore, we need to keep a close eye on her.

3. She lives outdoors…

Ondine is so wild that she cannot bear to live indoors. We've therefore placed her out in the countryside, in a secured site. However, there is no shelter there! Already fragile, she may not survive for long in this condition.

4. Canned food would help her regain strength

Food that is rich in vitamins would enable Ondine to replenish her daily energy. This would give her the chance to put on a bit of weight. She would then be able to fortify herself, reducing the risks of her health deteriorating.

5. More and more associations are closing… we are also in great difficulty !

The association is increasingly struggling: with 250 cats to look after, an almost non-existent budget, and very few donations, it's becoming extremely difficult to manage!

Three associations in Beziers have already closed... If this continues, we'll have no other choice but to follow the same path!
