Severely affected in the eyes, little Ajax may face surgery!

1. He's in danger of losing his eye...

Ajax is a 4-week-old kitten that came under our care following a call from our vet. A woman wanted him to be euthanised, which the vet refused. Upon his arrival, he couldn't see as his eyes were full of pus. Despite antibiotic treatment and ointment, one of his eyes developed an ulcer that perforated it. The vet believes this eye cannot be saved.

2. Canned food could help him gain strength before his operation

In order to undergo surgery and endure a potential enucleation, Ajax desperately needs to gain weight. Canned food for kittens, rich in essential nutrients, would help him to strengthen and face this operation in the best possible condition.

3. The association is dealing with a massive influx of animals

We're facing a critical situation with over 50 cats and kittens arriving in just 15 days. Vet costs are piling up for the treatment of numerous cases of cat flu and other health issues, putting a significant strain on our association's resources.
