Little Athos was found fending for himself near a rubbish dump!

1. He was abandoned…

Athos is a four-week-old kitten who was abandoned along with his brothers and sisters. They were found on the streets, near a rubbish dump.

They are traumatised, as they were very afraid! We have therefore placed them in a safe foster home, where they are being bottle-fed every day.

2. Canned food would allow them to continue replenishing good nutrients

Athos will very soon be in the weaning phase. Wet food specially designed for kittens would be ideal to support him during this period.

He could thus easily replenish his protein, in order to continue his growth under the best conditions.

3. The costs are titanic!

Our association, based in Dordogne, has existed for 32 years and operates in dozens of communities. In 2024 alone, we sterilised over 1,200 tomcats and enabled 300 kittens to be adopted!

Unfortunately, times are tough: with the crisis, the end of the month is increasingly complicated. Our food stocks are always dangerously close to zero... Feeding 8,000 stray cats represents a colossal budget!
