Mouth ulcers, difficulties eating... barely recovered from cat flu, poor Zoe has caught a calicivirus!

1. She's been weakened by cat flu...

Zoé is a two-month-old kitten, found in a shed. She had a severe case of cat flu. Her nose was blocked, and she had a high fever. Luckily, she is starting to improve thanks to treatment...

2. Calicivirus makes it hard for her to eat!

Unfortunately, Zoé also contracted Calicivirus. She has ulcers in her mouth that cause discomfort and pain when eating. We are therefore applying a gel and giving her medications to help ease the pain.

3. Canned food would make it easier for her to eat without pain

Wet food would be easier for Zoé to eat due to the inflammation and lesions in her mouth. These canned foods, specially designed for kittens, would provide all the vitamins and proteins she needs to grow. This would be perfect for her!

4. Our budget is stretched to the limit!

We have recently taken in a lot of kittens, not all of whom are in good health. Some were found without their mother and needed a lot of care!

Taking them on top of the sixty or so cats we already care for is particularly costly financially... We do not have enough resources!
