Suffering from skin problems, poor Pioupiou lives outside and has nowhere to shelter!

1. He could have died!

Pioupiou is a two-year-old tomcat who used to live in a hunters' shelter. These hunters would occasionally shoot at the cats! So, poor Pioupiou was living in constant fear... To prevent him from becoming a fatality, we took him under our wing and moved him to a safe place.

2. He has skin issues...

Unfortunately, Pioupiou suffers from dermatological problems. As he scratches himself a lot, his skin is very irritated and he is losing his fur at an abnormal rate. So, we are giving him a treatment to soothe him.

3. He has nowhere to take shelter!

Sadly, the embankment where Pioupiou lives doesn't provide any real shelter. He manages as best he can under large rocks, but this place frequently gets soaked...

4. With a kitty cabin, he would finally have somewhere to take refuge

A kitty cabin would give Pioupiou the relief he needs, especially considering his health issues. He would finally have a place to retreat to when it rains. This would give him the chance to have a more restful sleep, which would help him recover his strength.

5. Veterinary costs are mounting, putting a strain on our budget!

Our association is facing numerous veterinary bills. Therefore, we do not have the means to buy shelters for our little charges who live outdoors...

Most of them have nowhere to take cover and are exposed to the elements. This increases their risk of falling ill and needing care... It's a very vicious cycle!
