Poor Loulou had found refuge in a hunter's den where they were shooting cats!

1. He could have died!

Loulou is a two-year-old tomcat who lived in a hunters' shelter. Sometimes, they would shoot at cats! Poor Loulou lived in constant fear... To prevent him from being killed, we took him in and placed him in a safe location.

2. He has no place to shelter...

Unfortunately, Loulou's living situation does not offer any real shelter. We attempted to create one for him with polystyrene, but as the location is very damp, water gets in...

3. With a cat kennel, he would finally have a safe place to shelter

A cat kennel would be a great relief for Loulou, after everything he's been through. It would be a space just for him where he could take refuge during the rain, without feeling threatened.

It would provide him with the opportunity to sleep peacefully in order to regain his strength and better health.

4. High veterinary bills are draining our budget!

Our association is dealing with numerous veterinary invoices. As a result, we cannot afford to purchase shelters for our little ones living outdoors...

Most of them have nowhere to take refuge and are exposed to the weather. Therefore, they are at a higher risk of getting ill and needing care... It's a vicious cycle!
