1. Mouth discomfort stopped him from eating!

Diego is a four-year-old cat, who has recently lost a significant amount of weight (close to 2 kg lost!).

Suffering from a severely aggressive gingivitis caused by recurring cat flu, he had to be hospitalised as an emergency! Ulcers in his mouth prevented him from eating normally...

2. Canned food would be easier for him to swallow than dry kibble

A diet consisting of pâté-style food would be ideal for Diego in his current state. This type of appealing and moist food would allow him to eat without pain. It would also be a good way to administer any medication he needs for relief.

3. It's a disaster!

Between the increasing number of kittens and all the older cats in need, the situation is catastrophic! Many have been hit by outbreaks of typhus and cat flu...

The veterinary expenses are astronomical, which greatly impacts our budget. Affording treatment alongside food has become extremely challenging to manage!
